I was already frustrated, and the support response made it worse. It felt cold and rushed, like nobody actually read what I wrote. They just kept sending the same generic answer over and over instead of really listening or trying to help...

"Decent in the end, but more hassle than expected"
The proofing process was okay overall, but it took more back and forth than I thought it would. Not saying it’s a scam, but there were moments where I felt a little unsure because of how much had to be corrected or clarified. That said, the final result did turn out fine, so I can’t really complain too much

I ordered a fingerprint keepsake and the production time was pretty much in line with what they estimated. It definitely didn’t ship overnight or anything (not that I expected it to), but I also wasn’t sitting around for weeks wondering what was going on. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that I wish the status updates were a little clearer along the way. Overall though, the turnaround felt fair and it arrived just fine.

The pendant turned out even better than I expected. The edges are nice and clean, the fingerprint detail is really clear, and it has a solid feel to it when I hold it. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

"Wish the engraving had been right"
I ordered a piece from Legacy Touch i regret not checking more into the engraving quality before buying. The wording didn’t come out the way I typed it in, with a few letters looking off and the spacing feeling strange. It just made the whole thing seem kind of rushed.
This was supposed to be something really personal, so seeing it like that was upsetting. I understand little mistakes can happen, but for the price, I really expected the engraving to be accurate. I’m disappointed, especially because I wanted to love it.

It got here faster than I expected. Tracking was fine the whole way too, no weird gaps or anything. The box though... a little beat up when it arrived. Not great, but the item itself was totally okay, so I’m not too bothered.

My first reaction was, okay, this is easy. Ordering was simple and the steps made sense as I went through them. I did have a quick moment where I was like, wait, where’s that option? Took me a minute to find it, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it went fine. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Meaningful piece, but the fingerprint could be clearer"
I ordered from Legacy Touch and it did arrive on time, so no issues there. From the tone of their updates, I was assuming the piece was going to be really carefully detailed, and while it’s definitely meaningful to have, the fingerprint itself was just okay. You can tell it’s a fingerprint, but some of the lines look a little soft and not as crisp as I was hoping for. For the price, I just wish the print showed up a bit better.
